Yes. Projects and positions from FenOffice NG can be imported into the Aufmaß App and completed on site. This way you do not start from zero on the job site but continue working with the data already created.
Yes, positions can be edited before export. The office sees all measurements in real time and can clarify questions while the fitter is still on site.

Yes. At the press of a button you generate a professional PDF measurement protocol with dimensions, photos and dimensioned images – for customer, supplier and workshop. There is also CSV/Excel export and ERP integrations, e.g. to Klaes and Odoo.
Yes. Bluetooth measuring devices such as Leica Disto X3, STABILA LD 530 BT or Reekon Tomahawk transfer measurement values directly into the app. No retyping, no transfer errors – especially important with the tight tolerances in insect screen work.
The app is designed to work even with poor connectivity. Captured data is synced as soon as a connection is available again.
Yes. The Aufmaß App offers templates for Excel export so the report is structured exactly like the table you work with today – same columns, same structure. Workshop, manufacturing and partners continue working as usual, only without retyping and transfer errors.

Yes. Even if windows look the same, openings in existing buildings almost always differ – due to settlement, plaster layers or previous conversions. Anyone working on the principle of "measure once, order ten times" risks elements that do not fit.
Accurate enough for preliminary review, rough calculation and project overview – not for manufacturing. Accuracy depends on shooting angle, reference dimensions and image quality. Therefore: photo measurement for a quick overview, laser measurement for binding dimensions.
AI features (image analysis, voice notes, bill of quantities parsing) use commercial APIs only (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) with server-side processing. API keys remain on the server, users can choose the AI provider, and provider data protection terms apply. See the privacy policy for details.

The Aufmaß App integrates openly into existing IT landscapes. Data is transferred in structured form to ERP systems such as FenOffice NG, Klaes or Cobus Adulo – without lock-in and without retyping. Businesses keep their familiar workflows.
Two ways to start: (1) measure on site first, then structured transfer to Klaes, ProLogic (FenOffice NG) or Cobus Adulo, or (2) start in the ERP – projects and positions are brought into the measurement app and completed on site. Data is captured once; app and ERP stay in sync with no duplicate entry. Then: installation planning, installation documentation, installation handover, reporting of open work, and confirmation of completion.
Depending on installation situation and fixing method, around 10 to 15 mm all around to the building structure is common. The system supplier specifications and connection requirements are decisive – which is why the installation situation always belongs in the measurement.
In window manufacturing and project business, up to 50 % of the effort from first measurement to finished quote can be saved. Reasons: guided capture, ERP handover without duplicate maintenance (Klaes, FenOffice NG, Cobus Adulo, MFR, Odoo) and the near-elimination of transcription errors – even with several hundred positions.
With good image quality, window and door areas are reliably located and suggested as positions. The result is intended as a working basis: the user checks the recognised openings and adds what the AI cannot see – such as concealed elements or basement windows behind planting.
No, the bill of quantities tool is a separate add-on module and is licensed separately. Current pricing is in the price list; entry is directly via tender evaluation in the app.

Pricing models range from licence per user to packages by feature scope to flat rate per company. What matters is the total cost: per-user pricing gets more expensive with every fitter. The Aufmaß App can be tested free with 25 measurements and then costs a flat rate per company – regardless of headcount.
In the best case only a re-measurement appointment with travel and labour time. In the worst case a wrongly manufactured element that cannot be installed – then material costs, re-manufacturing, a second installation appointment and an unhappy customer quickly add up to a four-figure amount.

The classic is the transfer error: a value is measured correctly on site but noted incorrectly or retyped incorrectly in the office – 1,230 mm becomes 1,320 mm. Right after that come omission errors, i.e. forgotten details such as rebate, reveal depth or roller shutter box.
For tenders with many positions, manual creation is eliminated: the AI reads the bill of quantities PDF and creates positions that are immediately ready for measurement and calculation. Depending on project size this saves several hours of preparation.
A complete measurement sheet contains customer and project, position number and room, width and height (ideally at multiple measurement points), rebate and installation situation, material and accessory details, a sketch or photos, notes on special features, and date and signature. These are exactly the fields covered by the Aufmaß App measurement masks – only mandatory fields immediately flag missing values.
Short, well-prepared appointments, clean documentation and clear agreements with residents. Digital measurement helps twice: the appointment is completed faster, and the customer signature on the tablet makes the captured dimensions and agreements binding.
The old frame conceals the actual opening. Therefore measure where possible at removed or accessible points, document the frame thickness of the existing window and explicitly mark uncertain dimensions as requiring coordination.
A laser distance meter or a good tape measure, a spirit level for plumb and level, and structured capture. Safest is a Bluetooth laser in combination with a measurement app that transfers each value directly into the correct field.
Usually before removal, because the new windows must be manufactured before the old ones come out. That is exactly why documentation is so important: capture frame thicknesses of the existing installation, mark concealed areas as uncertain and expose critical positions selectively if necessary.

Width top, centre and bottom, height left, centre and right – in each case the smallest dimension is relevant for ordering. Especially in existing buildings, measurement points often differ by several millimetres.
All data is hosted exclusively on servers in Germany (EU). There is no hosting outside the European Union. The Aufmaß App is operated on all-inkl.com infrastructure in German data centres.

Photos work best that show the facade as frontally, completely and in good light as possible. Strong distortion, obstructions by trees or scaffolding and very flat shooting angles worsen the result. For larger buildings it is worth photographing each facade side separately.
