1. What are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Pursuant to § 25 TDDDG (German Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz), the same requirements apply to all these technologies as to cookies.

Storing information on your device via cookies and comparable technologies generally requires your consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG. An exception applies under § 25 (2) TDDDG for cookies that:

3.1 Technically Necessary Cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are strictly technically necessary for the operation of the website and app and are set on the basis of § 25 (2) TDDDG without a separate consent.

3.2 External Services with Possible Data Transmission
When our website loads, resources from external providers are loaded. Your IP address may be transmitted to these providers. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in operating a functional website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (2) TDDDG).

4. Managing and Disabling Cookies
You can delete cookies or prevent them from being stored at any time via your browser settings. Please note that disabling technically necessary cookies may impair or completely prevent the functionality of the website and app.
