1. What are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow your device to be recognised on a subsequent visit and certain settings to be saved.
In addition to traditional cookies, we also use similar technologies such as the browser's Local Storage and Session Storage, which serve comparable functions. Pursuant to § 25 TDDDG (German Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz), the same requirements apply to all these technologies as to cookies.
2. Legal Basis
Storing information on your device via cookies and comparable technologies generally requires your consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG. An exception applies under § 25 (2) TDDDG for cookies that:
- are used solely for the purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over a public telecommunications network, or
- are strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user.

3.1 Technically Necessary Cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are strictly technically necessary for the operation of the website and app and are set on the basis of § 25 (2) TDDDG without a separate consent.

3.2 No Third-Party Services Requiring Consent
Our website does not integrate any third-party services requiring consent. In particular, we do not use any analytics, tracking or marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) and no externally loaded font or CDN services. All resources required for display (stylesheets, fonts) are served exclusively by our web hosting provider (all-inkl.com, server location Germany) under our own domain. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to third parties merely by loading our pages.
Our pages only contain links (references) to external offerings (e.g. YouTube, social networks, manufacturer websites). Data is transmitted to the respective providers only when you actively click such a link and open the external page. The respective provider is responsible for any processing that takes place there.
For online appointment booking as well as support and webcast services (Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer), the information in our Privacy Policy applies. These services are only invoked when you actively use them, not automatically when visiting the page.
4. Managing and Disabling Cookies
You can delete cookies or prevent them from being stored at any time via your browser settings. Please note that disabling technically necessary cookies may impair or completely prevent the functionality of the website and app.
