AI features
The Aufmaß App AI does more than preparation: it summarises notes, transcribes voice notes, analyses photos and detects windows on facade images. Everything stays on the job – for quotes, ERP and installation.
Long site notes are structured automatically: AI pulls out the relevant points for the office, quote and installation.
Speak instead of typing: AI transcribes the recording and summarises it. The note stays on the job – even with gloves on.
Analyse measurement photos, sketches and job images: AI turns the picture into a usable basis – including photo measurement.
Automatically detect windows and doors on facade photos – as a structured position list for quotes and the later on-site survey.
AI-assisted quoting does not mean that an AI writes your quote in the Aufmaß App. It supplies the basis for it, and earlier than usual: facade images become a position list, a bill of quantities – PDF, ZIP, Excel or an LV file in ÖNORM, GAEB or SIA format – becomes positions, a measurement photo becomes height and width, a voice note becomes usable information on the job. Price, discount and calculation are created afterwards where your terms and master data are – in your ERP. We name this dividing line on purpose, because it explains the difference to all-in-one solutions for order processing.
The AI detects windows and doors on facade photos and turns them into a structured position list. That gives you the quantity for a rough calculation and a budget quote before anyone has been on site – the exact measurement follows later.
If a tender is available, the AI reads the bill of quantities as PDF, ZIP, Excel or as an LV file in ÖNORM, GAEB or SIA format and creates the positions instead of having them typed in. The bill of quantities analysis is a separate add-on module and is licensed separately.
AI image analysis detects height and width even without dimension lines in the picture and suggests them for the matching target fields. Without a reference in the image this is an estimate with a tolerance of 5 to 10 centimetres – good enough for a budget quote, not for production.
Special requests, access situation, agreements with the customer: speak instead of typing, the AI transcribes and summarises. The note stays on the job and is available to the office for the quote, not on a slip of paper in the van.

An example from practice: a property manager asks for a window replacement for a housing complex with six buildings and sends facade photos along. Conventionally it takes several days to get to a budget quote – appointment, site visit, counting openings, building a quantity list in the office. No, the quote itself is created in your ERP. The AI in the Aufmaß App prepares it: it detects windows and doors on facade images and supplies a position list, reads bills of quantities as PDF, ZIP, Excel or LV files in ÖNORM, GAEB or SIA format, detects height and width on measurement photos and turns voice notes into usable information on the job. The checked quantities then go live to Klaes, FenOffice NG (ProLogic) or Cobus Adulo, where price and calculation are.
Without a reference object in the image the AI detects height and width with a tolerance of 5 to 10 centimetres and states that in the list of values. That is enough for a budget quote or a rough calculation; for ordering and production the position is measured in guided mode. Every AI value is suggested and only transferred into a field after your approval.

Companies that work with tenders have the AI read out the bill of quantities as PDF, ZIP, Excel or as an LV file in ÖNORM, GAEB or SIA format, measure the positions in guided workflows, and pass them on as Excel or CSV to whoever creates the GAEB file for billing – usually the costing department in the ERP or the client's office. For architects and planners, the PDF measurement protocol with photos and dimensions remains the reliable evidence.
No, the Aufmaß App does not create GAEB files. Reading them in is supported: the tender evaluator accepts PDF, ZIP, Excel and LV files in ÖNORM, GAEB or SIA format and turns them into positions. Exports are PDF, Excel and CSV; live handover goes to Klaes, FenOffice NG (ProLogic) and Cobus Adulo.
No. There is no BIM exchange and no IFC format. The Aufmaß App works at position level: dimensions, photos, markings, notes and handovers on the job, handed over to your ERP.
Through the 2DScanner EVO with 360° rotation: it captures interiors and floor plans and exports DXF, CSV and TXT. On top of that come photos with markings and sketches that hang directly on the job.
Yes. The tender evaluator reads bills of quantities as PDF, ZIP, Excel or as an LV file in ÖNORM, GAEB or SIA format, so you do not have to retype the positions. From Klaes and Cobus Adulo you can also transfer complete quotes into the Aufmaß App.

Guided measurement types exist for windows, entrance doors, interior doors, insect screen systems and roller shutter curtains; everything else you capture as a free measurement. That is what free measurements are for: your own measured values, photos with markings, sketches and notes – structured on the job so production has all the information. This is how external venetian blinds, prefabricated elements, special shapes and one-off pieces are documented; you define the system.
No. The Aufmaß App covers measurement, installation planning, installation documentation and handover and hands the checked quantities over to your ERP – quotes, invoices and time recording are created there. Klaes, FenOffice NG (ProLogic), Cobus Adulo, MFR and Odoo are connected; for all other systems there are PDF, Excel and CSV.

A window, a door, an insect screen, all of these are each 1 measurement. If you have a project with 20 windows, for example, you use up 20 measurements there. After the first 25 test measurements, there is no limitation, you can measure everything. We will contact you before anything is limited.

Two ways to start: (1) measure on site first, then transfer to Klaes, ProLogic (FenOffice NG) or Cobus Adulo, or (2) start in the ERP and bring projects/positions into the app, completed on site. You plan the installation on the same job on which the measurement was created: dates, responsibilities and open points hang on the job instead of in a separate spreadsheet. Through the role model, survey technicians, installers and office admins each see their own status, with status and media in real time – also with distributed teams and in 22 languages. The installers capture photos, evidence and specifics directly on the job site, and the office sees the same status.
