The AI assistant of the Aufmaß App sits on every page. You say what you need – Olli opens the right place, captures positions, answers questions about your jobs and asks when something is missing.

“Open tour planning”, “I want to create a new job”, “Where do I set the appointment types?” – Olli knows every page of the app, checks whether you are allowed to see it, and takes you there in one click. If the page needs a job, he asks which one.
Dictate windows instead of typing: Olli builds the position list, converts measurements, recognises window types and asks specifically for what is missing. Nothing is saved until you click.
“Did I already have jobs for Müller?”, “What is in job 1-0020?”, “Where is there still open work?”, “Which to-dos are due this week?” – with a jump straight into the job.
“What do I have to do next week?” bundles appointments, open work and to-dos in one answer.

Olli learns every day: a daily learning run teaches him new pages and functions of the app. What he cannot do yet arrives step by step over the coming weeks – first actions such as creating an appointment or setting a status, always with confirmation.
Trust
Olli only sees what the signed-in user is allowed to see: roles, assignments and enabled modules.
Every action runs through checked functions of the app. The AI does not create commands itself.
Consent per user. An administrator enables the assistant per company. Hosting in the EU. Details are in the privacy policy.
Olli is included in the subscription. AI costs are billed like the other AI features: in Pro and in the flat rate, AI is included at no extra cost.
